I would like to cancel my free trial

    It is very difficult to find how to cancel the free trial. I do not want to continue the trial and I don’t want to be billed $99 dollars in April. Please confirm that the trial has been cancelled and I will not be billed.

    Hi Neil,

    I’ve gone ahead and cancelled the free trial on your behalf, to avoid you getting charged.

    For your reference, you could have cancelled your trial from your dashboard by going to Store > My Upgrades and clicking on Disable Auto Renew.

    For confirmation, I have cancelled your upgrade and you will not be charged by us for it.
