  I would like to cancel my purchase please. I just got started here and paid via Paypal. Would you please cancel this Purchase for me?

  If you have purchased an upgrade and changed your mind then this is something you can instigate yourself via your “Manage Purchases” page. See: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ Note that a Domain refund needs to be claimed within 48 hours of purchase.

  There haven’t been any upgrades or charges made to the account that you’ve used here to contact us.

  Do you think you may have purchased an upgrade from a different WordPress.com user account?

  Also, you’d receive an emailed receipt from us if the charge was through WordPress.com. Do you have a copy of an email?

  Hi Liz,
  No, I went on your site to start a page with you. And I paid via Paypal for an annual fee! But when I go to the Purchase history on WordPress, I can’t seem to see it there and therefore can’t cancel it. What is the explanation?

  I have purchased an annual subscription! But I can t see that on Manage my Purchase history to cancel it! But I did it via Paypal! It is kind of strange. And I know I need to cancel within two 48 hours!

  I’m just a volunteer. The member of staff says there are no upgrades showing on this account. You have to be logged in to the correct account for staff to carry out your wishes. If you were logged in to the correct account you could cancel the upgrade yourself. For further help from staff can you recall the address of the WordPress.com hosted site with the custom domain name that you have recently created and now wish to cancel? (I can only see a sausankanaan.com/ domain created today on Wix). Return to this thread with more information and add the modlook tag to the box on the right and a staff member will be able to assist you.

  Can you tell me what site you registered with the purchase? I need more information to be able to look up the correct account. The charge did not come from sausankanaan.
