I would like to cancel the upgrades on my wordpress.com site.

  Hi Guys,

  I would like to cancel the upgrades on my wordpress.com site: No Ads and Custom design. I am unable to find the location in the Admin panel to do this. Your help would be much appreciated.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  Hi there,

  I see that the upgrades were purchased from a different account. Please log in there and you can disable the auto-renewal so that you will not be charged going forward.
