  I would like to change my username and website title but am unable to. The box that contains my username is grayed out.

  Please advise.

  Is the username greyed out here or in a different location? https://wordpress.com/me/account

  In that place generally means that the account wasn’t verified yet, but that would be unusual since your account is a couple of years old.
