  Dear WordPress,

  I am the owner of a blog hosted on your platform with the URL https://danielbournepoetry.wordpress.com/. I am a college student who works under a professor, and I created this blog for him. However, I used my own account to edit it. As a result, I would like to transfer the ownership of the blog to my professor so he can pay for the upgraded version of WordPress using his credit card.

  Can you please advise me on how to proceed with the transfer of ownership process?

  Hi there, a fellow blogger here.

  Your professor will need to create their own WordPress account that you can then transfer the blog over to.
