i would like to close my account

    I want to know if I can reuse my user name as my domain name so I can operate a wordpress.org account.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello @adanjideka!

    It looks like adanjideka.com is not currently a registered domain, so you should be able to purchase it from your preferred domain or hosting provider. adanjideka.wordpress.com is specific to your current WordPress.com account, so you won’t be able to use that URL.

    This support doc has instructions on how to close out your WordPress.com account: Close My Account – but you may want to keep it open if you plan to use Jetpack on your WordPress.org site (it’s installed by default, and is a very functional plugin) – you get more out of it if it’s connected to a WordPress.com account.     To keep your WordPress.com account but delete your current WordPress.com site, follow this guide: Delete Site
