  I would like to create a bilingual blog and to have an English and a Russian version linked to the same domain. Is it possible? And if yes, how can I do this?

  There isn’t a built-in way to do a bilingual blog on WordPress.com, but you can set it up so it works that way. You may want to start by reading the suggestions in these forum discussions:
