  I would like to delete this account and all its settings. How can I do this?

  You can do it from your WordPress dashboard. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-deactivation/

  And if you just want to delete the website then here is the tutorial. https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  And also, deleting a website is a permanent action, you’ll never able to get the same website address again.
