I would like to disable 2 step verification

Hello, I feel very vulnerable as the backup codes I have printed out are not being accepted by Gravatar. I do not have any more backup codes and am finding it impossible to use the 2 step verification. I’d like to disable it. Please could someone send advice?

@timethief – Hello and thank you for your kindness in replying so quickly. I see that to disable 2-step I still need to request a code to be sent to my device and, unfortunately, this isn’t happening for me. No codes are being sent. The backup codes I have are 8 digits not 6 digits so it isn’t accepting them. Any ideas?!

Arggghhh! You need Staff help but do not despair. When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads.
