  I would like to downgrade to personal from premium please. Can you please let me know how to do this? Thanks

  As a pointer please note that:

  For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.

  After the 30 days period, a refund is not possible. Therefore you can still use the Premium plan until your complete your purchase cycle and time for renewal comes.

  When the time for renewal comes, you can contact the WordPress.com Support Staff to downgrade you to the Personal plan then.

  In your case, please check if you are still within the 30 days period or if you are approaching closer to your renewal date. In both the scenarios, a WordPress.com Support Staff will review your account and do the needful.
