I would like to down the zip or unzipped files of the theme I purchased, since I own it, as I would like to alter a few colors offline. Please send me the link where I can do this. Thank you!

Theme purchased on WordPress.com can only be used on WordPress.com blogs and cannot be downloaded.
As for changing colors, I recommend contacting the developer directly for help: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/a-simpler-time
For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
