I would like to get a full refund
-
Hi,
I just bought $99 website service today, and I found that I didn’t like it. I tried to get a refund, but I can only get $76. Would you please help to refund the rest of the money ($23)? Thanks!

Hi there,
I’ve refunded the domain portion of your payment as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Hi,
Thanks for your help! Would you please let me know when will my original domain be removed? I’d like to buy this domain (ankihsu-stylist-studio.com) outside of wordpress.com, but it seems that this domain is not available now.

@ankihsustyliststudio
ankihsu-stylist-studio.com is already registered by someone for a year. If you did not register it then i am sorry you cannot use that.However,
ankihsu-stylist-studio.net
ankihsu-stylist-studio.org
ankihsu-stylist-studio.co
ankihsu-stylist-studio.blog
are available… If you’re interested, check it here: https://wordpress.com/domains/Thanks! 🙂

If you wanted to use that domain with another provider it would have been better to keep it here and map it to the different provider. Then you could have transferred it out after 60 days.
Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to re-register your domain again somewhere else. It can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain is released again.
In this case, your domain should be released around the middle of next week, but anyone will be able to buy it once that happens.
@optidusprime,
If you check the Whois data you’ll see this domain is registered with Automattic. Whois won’t show a domain as cancelled while it’s still in the post-cancel Hold period. Please don’t make statements about the availability of domains unless you have all the facts in the matter.
