I would like to get a refund and cancel my domain

  Hopefully someone can help me ….I have been trying to cancel my plan and domain, i have cancelled my plan and been notified i will be refunded £7 however i am still within the 48 hour time limit for a full refund for cancelling the auto renewal of my domain, £30 was taken on the 6th February

  As you can see from your Billing HIstory bellow, you have been issued two refunds. One for £7.00 and another one for £23.00
