I would like to get a refund for mapping of tricopathe.com

Dear Sir / Madam,
I ordered and paid a mapping of my domain name tricopathe.com purchased yesterday with OVH France. I wanted to use it for a new blog registered with another of my e-mail address ((email visible only to moderators and staff) ; loggin : jubobo). After creating the blog I transferred ownership to juliebodin (my main wordpress account that I use for my website http://www.juliebodin.fr, hosted with OVH) in order to manage both my blogs with only one account.
Problem is: I cannot access to tricopathe.com either with jubobo account or with juliebodin account.
Could you please tell me own to get a refund for the mapping? (paid €13)
Could you then help me find my ‘lost blog’?Thank you very much in advance.

Can I hope getting an answer to my questions?
I have the receipt for purchase of the mapping in my e-mails but in neither of my account I have a purchase history (maybe because of the transferred ownership of the lost blog).

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

As I did not get answers here on the forums I tried other ways to resolve my issues and I exchanged a few emails with a Happiness Officer who told me he processed the refund.I wanted to close the topics yesterday afternoon but could not find it!
Still waiting for the credit on my account but it may take a few days. Anyway thanks for finally answering :) I’ll let you know when it’s done!

It can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
