Can someone help me with advise which template best to go with?

It looks like there’s quite a bit of functionality and design there, so you would most likely need a premium/third party theme to power that.
Similar to those available on Themeforest. https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress – you may wish to do a search and see which ones are favourable.
Please not that in order to use a theme of this kind on WordPress.com, the site would need to be on the business plan.

This looks like a custom built site, made by the folks at https://craftcms.com/. There is not a theme in use here.
