I would like to get my blog visible on WordPress.com
-
Greetings!
I’m a first-time blogger and am still learning the ropes. I have managed to create a beautiful blog, thanks to God and the great advice available on other sites on how-to-blog.
My concern now is how to get my blog, titled ‘Dreams Can Reveal How to Prosper’, out there where other WordPress.com members can know about it and check it out. You see, I’m just not finding it anywhere among the categories it falls under. Faulty tags? Your constructive comments about the site would be appreciated so I can refine it if needs be.

First of all, consider linking your user name to your blog as described here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-to-make-your-name-link-to-your-blog?replies=54
Second, if you search the forums you will discover that it takes time for new blogs (you have been here 5 days!) to show up in the global tag searches.

It’s worth making sure your tags are spelt correctly. I notice, for example, in your first post that you have ‘pesonal’ instead of ‘personal’.
Otherwise, be aware that some of the popular tage move very fast and you won’t see your posts there for long. Choose more specific categories to overcome this.
Also take the time to link your username to your blog (sticky post at the top of the forum tells you how) so that wherever it appears on WP.com there will be a link back to the blog. There are places you can publicise your blog in the Off Topic forum too.
But the main thing is just to post good, regular content and build up the number of hits slowly.

Don’t worry, you will be included in the wordpress.com tags pages and such. There is a delay before new blogs will begin to appear on the tags pages. You’re best bet is to simply keep writing and within a few weeks, your blog should start showing up on the tags pages.
In regard to tags and categories, there is a limit to the total number of tags and categories (sum of tags + categories) that you can assign to a post and still be on the tags pages. Keep the total number at twelve or under and everything will be fine.
