I would like to get my domain back

    Hi there,

I would like to get winedownwithyoga.com back, I asked if it were available and it told me to ‘click here’ to get it back. This page came up. I was directed to a payment page before, but I just want to be sure it’s for the correct domain name, and not my blog…which I haven’t used in years. I have the ID # for my site…

Just want to be sure I’m paying for the correct domain.

    Thanks,

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there,

The account you’re using to post here has never owned any domains with us.

The domain, winedownwithyoga.com, is currently expired and in redemption with our domain provider, so it is not possible for you to buy it and it should not show as available if you search for it at My Site ->Domains ->Add.

We can still try to get the domain back at this point, but we can only do that if requested by the account that currently still owns that domain. Please log out of this account, and log back in as the account you used to buy that domain in 2014, and reply here to confirm.

Also note our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can start the recovery process.

    Hi There,

I have paid for my domain, and do not see the update on my site.

Please, it’s been down for over a week now and this all happened because of my CC was just changed due to fraud charges, so I had to get a new one and this domain expired because of that…

When can i expect to be back online?

    Thanks,

Hi there, I see that you have contacted us through the contact form and are having a conversation on this via email, so it is best to continue through that channel.

I’ve contacted our registrar for return of the domain. It can be up to 24 hours. Once it is returned, we will add it back to your account for you.
