    Hi,
    My domain expired last month and I’m trying to renew it but it says I should “contact support.”

    Hi there,

    That domain expired on 20 April and has already been removed from our system.

    I’m sending you a link via email to pay for the domain’s renewal. Once we receive your payment, we can email our domain provider to restore the domain.

    However, please note that your domain can go into redemption at any time. Should that happen before we’re able to get it back for you, there will be an additional $80 fee to get it back. So the faster we can move on this, the better.

    We’ll let you know as soon as we hear back from them – this can take up to 48 hours, but hopefully we hear something later today.
