I would like to get upgraded to premium but get the same error

  Hi all,

  So, I’d like to try the 14 days of Premium and I got to
  -Upgrades
  -Begin Your Free Trial Try it free for 14 days or upgrade now.

  In the new screen that opens I get the message:
  -You already had WordPress.com Premium in your cart. We replaced it with the free trial.

  When I give my card details an error in red appears only saying:
  -E

  What is going on and what should I do?

  Hi Niels,

  Are you using an American Express card? Please note that AMEX will not work if it’s not in USD. Please try with a VISA/Mastercard/Paypal and see if you get the same error.

  Grace, I am trying to contact you about another issue you helped with on a thread that is now closed about the problem with publicizing to LinkedIn (“There was a problem creating your connection. Please go back and try again.”) Sorry to hijack this thread, but not sure how to raise the question because this issue has resurfaced (or in my case, surfaced for the first time after >year with no problem.
