I would like to go Premium

    Hello, I am going to be receiving my website files from a third party host. We will no longer be using that host. Is it possible to sign up for the premium account and transfer my website files over and just edit the current site instead of making a new one? I would like to discuss this before I sign up for the premium membership who can I call?

    Unfortunately I have not heard from anyone to answer the couple questions I have. I am not forced to use another provider who has much easier access to customer service. I can not work with a company that I cannot contact. Thank you.

    A full export of files (like a cPanel backup) is not compatible with our service. You would want to import your site instead, and for that I recommend keeping the current site online until you’re finished importing.

    If you’d rather work with support privately, you can do that by buying the plan now and then talking with us over chat or email (note we are not in a call center). That’s refundable for 30 days if you find it doesn’t suit your needs.

    So someone has to pay money to ask questions about the plan they want to purchase? That is crazy. No thank you.

    You’re welcome to ask questions here. You’re also welcome to start with a free site and see how the import works with your content.

    Please do see the link I sent though; the type of backup file you’re talking about would not import here.
