I would like to have a 'Blog' link in my Sela theme navigation pointing to blogs

  I would like to have a ‘Blog’ link in my Sela theme navigation pointing to all of my blog posts with the most recent at top. Essentially for this business theme, i’d like to have a blog page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
