  May I know where I can access our website’s FTP? Also the ID and password for the FTP? Thanks!

  Hi @marketingtianenca, can you confirm you’re asking about FTP for tianencanadaimmigration.wordpress.com ?

  If so, the free sites here don’t include FTP access. You can get that with the Business Plan, though:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  Please let us know what you have in mind, and confirm the site in question.
