Hi there. What exactly do you mean by linking a form into GoDaddy?
On WordPress.com forms can only be added by using the Contact Form shortcode. That shortcode works only on WordPress.com sites. You can’t use it anywhere else. Any information submitted via that form will appear in the Feedback section of your WordPress.com dashboard, and will be emailed to your default account email address if you don’t specify another email address. https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
If you want a GoDaddy site to have access to a WordPress.com form, you’ll need to create a new page on your WordPress.com site, add the contact form to that page, publish the page, and then place a permalink to the page on your GoDaddy site. You won’t be able to edit it via your GoDaddy site, only in the WordPress.com page editor.
If you have a WordPress site hosted by GoDaddy, it means you’re using the WordPress.org software. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different, and you’ll need some kind of form plugin or draft your own forms using html to have that functionality on a WordPress.org site. We can’t help you with that here, as this forum is ONLY for WordPress.com sites. Please post in the WordPress.org forum if you need more help with that.
