I would like to know the cost for running out a year's worth of posts in book

  At some point not long ago, you offered a service where you could have your posts run off in book form. However, I was reluctant to do so as I could not see how much it would cost, at least a ball park figure for doing so. I am very interested.

  Howdy, while we don’t offer any direct way to do this you could look at using a service like Blurb to create a book from your blog.
