I would like to migrate subscribers and site data to a self hosted site.

I’d like to migrate followers/subscribers and site data, plus anything else relevant I can’t think of, to a self hosted site. I’m having the wordpress DNS point to the new domain now and I have activated Jetpack.
Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

Can you confirm the following:
Old Site: girlslikebeertoo.wordpress.com/
New Site: girlslikebeertoo.net/ -
-
Do you know if your post ID’s on your new site match the post ID’s on your old site? This does not matter as far as subscriber migration. But it can cause wonky results if they do not match and we merge the stats.

It looks like I can go into php MyAdmin and edit the post id on the new site. Should I do this, or will it screw things up?
-
I have a feeling that we’re better off not messing with that.
Your options are to forgo the stats merge, or re-import everything so that it matches.
I would be inclined to forgo the stats, but that is just me.

I’ve already posted to the new site and everything is working so I don’t want to re-import. We can forgo merging the stats.
Is there a way to get an archive of the stats?

Hello.
I’m having the same issue.
I would like to import my subscibers and stats from my previous website http://beauteactive.wordpress.com to my new one : http://beauteactive.com
I’ve installed and activated Jetpack
Could you please help me ? -
Is there a way to get an archive of the stats?
girlslikebeertoo:
There is no way to export a stats archive at this time. The stats will remain on your WordPress.com dashboard, but of course they will become mroe out of date as time passes.

Beauteactive:
I have migrated your subscribers and followers to your new site.
I can merge your stats, but as I mentioned earlier in this thread, that requires that your post IDs are the same between your WordPress.com and self hosted .org sites. Is this the case?

Hi. I recently upgraded my site and my subscribers were not brought over. What do I need to do? Thanks in advance!
-
Could you please explain what you mean by “upgraded”. Given that your current site is a self-hosted one, and we do not have access to your files or server, WordPress.com support is limited in what assistance it can offer for most self-hosted issues.
-
Sorry rootjosh there are two of us here.
I’m not seeing the subscribers on the Site Stats on the dashboard.
-
girlslikebeertoo,
My apologies for the confusion!
I have migrated your subscribers and followers to your new site.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
