I would like to move subscribers to WordPress.org site

  Hi, I’m setting up on bluehost and would like to move my handful of people to the new site.
  I have Jetpack installed.
  My old site was http://mindfulbalancemd.wordpress.com/
  My new site is http://www.mindfulbalancemd.com

  Can this be done? Thanks!

  Can the same thing be done for a blog that’s moving to a hosting service that’s not in your list (i.e. not Dreamhost, Bluehost, etc.)?

  As long as you install the jetpack plugin, then yes, they can transfer the subscribers to the new site.
