I don’t know how to place an image within text, so that the continued text lines go left and right of an image instead of each part being separate from each other….. Like in a newspaper I mean.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi!

To do that, we’ll want to adjust the image alignment. When you click on an image within your post editor, you should see a menu pop-up like this one:

Using those alignment icons, you should be able to cause the text to wrap around the image. Can you give that a try? If you’re still having trouble, could you link me to the post where you’re trying to get this to happen?

Thank you Jeremey, it worked fine. It’s not easy to swap the images around, i have to keep going back to html and cut and paste. Is it not possible to do this by holding and dragging, which I would like to be able to do but at least I can now avoid the large blank spaces next to my pictures. Do you have a hold and drag function for me as well please? Kind regards, Lindy

    Hi Lindy!

We do have a drag and drop option. You can see it in action here in a demo:

    http://d.pr/i/1hvOz

However, this will only drag and drop the location of the image within the text. It won’t change the alignment. So, you’ll notice in my demo that the image is left-aligned. It will stay left-aligned while I drag it around. You’ll need to use the buttons to center or right-align the image. Does that help to clarify?
