I would like to print out the front page in full

  How do I print out the front page of my blog which shows the latest posts so that everything including the categories shows?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not possible. You can enable the print button but it will allow the printing of your content in your posts only. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

  You can also set your RSS Feed for posts here Settings > Reading to “full text” and enable the Enhanced Feed features.

  Enhanced Feeds
  Add to each article in your feed:
  Categories
  Tags
  Comment count
  Sharing

  Changes may not appear until you create a new post or your news reader refreshes.
