I would like to reactivate my domain name.

    Dear the support team,

    I just canceled the old domain few hours ago, in order to register new one to the new hosting site, and it is impossible until 90 days I guess.

    My new hosting provider recommend me to continue the name with the ex-provider, then we can move the name to new hosting.

    So, is it possible to reactivate the domain after canceling? And how would you folks advice me for this situation.

    Hi there,

    Of what domain are you speaking?

    Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

    If you’re speaking of thaiconsent.org, we might still be able to get the domain back for you before it enters redemption. Please confirm if that’s the domain.

    Also note that should the domain go into redemption before we’re able to get it back, there will be an additional $80 fee before our registrar will restore it.
