  Hello, I would like to reactivate the domain: “odontoluannaporto.com” But it is expired and no longer appears on the button to reactivate,. How should I proceed?

  You will have to wait until it’s available for sale again and buy it as if it were a brand-new one.

  The domain name is in Redemption, sometimes the staff can help, depends on the status and how long the domain has been in redemption

  I have flagged this for the staff to help

  Note – once a domain name has went into Redemption things become time critical so when the staff responds with your options you want to reply quickly

  The wordpress does not have an e-mail support so I can reativer the site directly with them? Makes one months it expired.

  The turnaround time on the email is WEEKS, so don’t email staff. Just subscribe to this thread so it automatically emails you when staff replies.

  And remain calm – the staff work these from first in first helped – so you don’t want to post here every hour asking for updates, that just moves you farther from getting help

  @ administradorpp – I checked our records and found that odontoluannaporto.com expired 47 days ago on August 1, 2013.

  The good news is that we might still be able to recover this domain. However, it will need to be renewed by the WordPress.com user who owns the domain upgrade. You can find out who owns the upgrade by going to Store > My Upgrades in the dashboard and looking for “Purchased by” next to the domain name.
