I would like to recover my expired domain

Hi, I did not realize that my domain had expired and would really like to recover it. I read through the ‘How do I recover my expired domain?’ and as it’s been past two weeks I think I have to contact support to reaccess this domain. Please let me know what I have to do. Thank you.
