I would like to delete this site as it always appears in the top of search engines. I am working now as a manager and would like to save myself some embarrassment

To delete a WordPress.com hosted site you must be logged in as admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site
