I would like to reset my domain.

    I messed up my domain mapping. I tried to connect my wix site to my wordpress domain. It was working perfectly fine when I was at work, now its stuck. Is it possible to reset my DNS settings back to normal? Whenever I tried to add NS1.WORDPRESS.com and NS2.WORDPRESS.com it fails.

    Is it possible to connect my wix.com site to my wordpress.com domain? I messed up and purchased both and stuck with wordpress because of the e-mail service. I know I have 30 days, so I would like to know if I should just stay with wordpress or cancel and upgrade my domain through wix.

    Hi there – Your name servers are currently properly pointed to Wix. If you want to use your domain with your site there, there are likely some steps you also need to take on their end. Their support documentation is here:

    If that still doesn’t help, please contact their support. If you do want to point your domain back here to WordPress.com, we’re happy to help with that. Your domain is still registered here, but it’s pointed to Wix. Note, though, that your email forwarding will only work while your domain is pointing here, so that’s not working now. You’ll need to set up email on your domain on Wix’s end.
