I would like to revive a blog that I deleted.

  I deleted a blog domain a couple years ago when I was consolidating my online presence. I would like to revive it but it will not allow me to re-register the blog domain.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Sorry to inform you that it can not be done. See the Recycling Blog Addresses support page for an explanation of WordPress.com’s policy and the reasoning behind it. It doesn’t matter if you created and owned the domain previously. Once deleted, nobody can use it again.

  There has been a brand new policy change that applies only in some cases.

  Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts. Do you see a deleted site with an address you would like to have? You can try registering a new site with that address here.https://deletedexample1234.wordpress.com/ If it is available, it will be yours. http://wordpress.com/start

  Thank you musicdoc1 and timethief for replying. I was hoping for a loophole. I guess I will just have to wait it out for a couple of years.
