i would like to setup the auto reminder by hours not days

    How can i Make when the user not pay the order and the order is pending payment an email will be sent after 1 hours of placed order then wait for Cancelled order, after 24 hours an email will be sent, then again second reminder after 24h, then again third reminder will send after 24h.

    i would like to setup the auto reminder by hours not days

    another explication:

    pending payment: after 1 hours of placed order, then the same reminder will be sent after 5 hours

    the statut change from pending to Cancelled after 24 hours, then an email (of Cancelled order) will be sent after 24 hours of placed order

    Then second email Cancelled reminder after 48 hours of placed order

    Then third email Cancelled reminder after 72 hours of placed order
