  I would like to start an additional blog, where is the button for that? Thank you.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want the new blog under the same account, then log into your WordPress.com account and go here to set up a new blog: https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/

  If you want the blog under a new account, make sure you’re logged out of your current WordPress.com account and go to the same page listed above.

  For starting another blog on the same account, I believe you can also go to your stats page and click on “Add New WordPress” on the left just under the name of your current blog.
