  Hi there. You can easily clear your site of all content by following the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Note that it won’t reset any customisations you made to your theme back to default. Those you’ll have to reset manually by working through the various options under Appearance in the dashboard. There’s also no way to reset your settings to default.
