Is it possible to correct the order of posts published. I published post 3 before post 2; is it possible to correct this?

You can edit the post and change the datestamp and timestamp and click update. I know you are not scheduling a post but these images may be helpful:

Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.

No there isn’t. Every datestamp and timestamp on every post in your blog can be edited. Maybe you ought to try again.
