    This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email.

    I ask you: How the hell do I do that ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    You said the same thing to me before closing my thread…. so again I do I do that??? All I know is that I upgraded to Custom Design and my site crashed… How do I delete all traces of my blog and start from scratch with another blog/account?

    Did you read the answer to your custom design question that timethief gave you in the other thread? – seems to me the answer was on point to a specific problem with custom design that sounded like your problem

    Let me cut and paste my question so you may read it again:

    But never mind. I’ve got my refund and I’m deleting all traces of WordPress on my computer. I’m simply not impressed.

    Please help…I am not sure what I did. I have a wordpress site hosted off of a company here where I live, but I used wp.com and linked my site there ( also used jetpack )…but do I need to use .org? ( my site is a .org site but hosted locally )…I am getting wordpress error now ( worked fine last night…) I don’t know code, I just need help
