  I have been trying to switch domains for weeks, I need to personally speak with somebody, I am trying to map my wordpress to squarespace and it says ”This record cannot be
  added, as it conflicts with an existing WordPress.com record.’ please help, thank you

  Are you trying to map windandtheword.com to a new SquareSpace site?

  If so, these are the instructions.

  Hi I’ve been doing everything that was asked, and when I get to the step that says “refresh” it doesn’t do anything?

  I just checked your domain windandtheword.com and it isn’t pointed to Squarespace yet. Please be sure to click the “Save Changes” button after you make the changes to your domain here at WordPress.com (at the end of Step 5 in the Squarespace instructions).
