  @stanandthefourfantasticpowers You do have access to live chat but that is available on the other site you cannot access. As you gave more details of your issue in this later thread https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/i-am-blocked-out-of-my-premium-account-and-cannot-log-on-for-chat-support/ please return there with further details if you still cannot access your site. (It is best to only start one thread and continue to post in it until your problem is resolved).
