  Hello,

  I would like to use alexcastano.wordpress.com for my personal blog, but I cannot do it because it is reserved for the user alexcastano, who is not using it, so I hope I could do it.

  That’s not possible. When we register a username account the matching blog is reserved for our future use. It cannot be obtained by anyone other than the person who has registered the matching username.
