i would love to pay for a updated site but i struggle using this one,help?

  its everything! i am a failure with setting my own pages blogs everything..i have asked for help but none came,i have a tendency to act like an idiot at times but it is because of how much it gets to me, like the amount of writing i have done and i lost all of it, trying to upload my artwork is a nightmare and the top and bottom for me is to pay for a domain and show my own art with music comments etc but i cant get going at all.is there any help available while buying and during the running of a updated site ? thanks.
