I wrote yesterday and got a response that was not helpful. She did not read my info

  I have always received a whole lot of emails daily if someone likes a post, a comment I made or them commenting or liking my response to a comment. I have in the discussions section email me whenever all checked. Nothing changed except I blacklisted someone. His info is not close to any other user, except the wordpress url is in it. I did not know if I should take the word press extension off and if that would help or not. But I did receive emails yeaterday from people with word press extensions in their url. But I literally had 4 people that routinely like 15-50 posts of mine a day and they did yesterday and not one email and I always get them from them. I also had manny other notifications that I did not receive emails from. I am not going to compile a list of 200 people to see what is going on. Please do not send me a manual like the last person did as I already read the FAQs and they do not apply. SO, if you do not have experience actually knowing how to fix something, pass it to a superviser. As is a couple of months ago someone responded and I searched her, she routinely basically bullies everyone, she has 10 years experience and I follow the thread and she is proved wrong. I asked about putting awards in my sidebar and the bigger one closest to the top showed up smack in the middle of all my google posts and my fb posts had a blank space. She said stop being vain and make a page for them. I saw where the size was the problem. So what she said was impossible I fixed by going to the widget setting and changed the size and her dumb advice was wrong again. So please only answer if you know what you are doing. If not get a super. I wrote a post and a couple of people complained about the same thing yesterday.
