  prejudice, wrong procedure and I would like again to use my domain ilfarodelsud.com are willing to pay the amount due at any time since I have returned the money paid.

  Possibly if you have recently cancelled the domain it is not yet marked as free. You should contact staff about this, as nobody in the volunteer forum will be able to help.
