  While creating free blogs for example : http://www.lord.ibba.wordpress.com
  they worn my that the blog is already existed, but the opposite it true, http://www.lord.ibba.wordpress.com doesn’t exist for the moment, such as other blog like ibba.wordpress.com ect…
