  I want to now renew my site but can’t where is the bill? I went onto my word press site which still has the site intact but how do i pay and allow the photos site to come back???

  You can manage all your purchases from the Me section and then by choosing Manage Purchases from the left sidebar. The entire billing history also stays in the same section. See this support document for detailed understanding of the same: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

  Is this query related to WordPress.com site or is it for a self-hosted WordPress site? (See the difference between WordPress and WordPress.com here?: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/) The domain, ibsphotography.com, given in the title of this query is available for everyone, hence, seems like this is not the domain of your existing sites. I request you to kindly share the URL of your existing website so that the community members can help you to the best.

  Payment of WordPress.com sites can be done through Manage purchases section, as explained above. Moreover, if you wish to move your blog, this is the support page you should consider looking at: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/
