  I have lost access to my email and my website due to no longer having access to my contact email. Since my domain email is down due to this, I also do not have access to the backup email. Please help!

  Hi there!

  I can see you tried to update the contact email on your domain but have not verified it. No other changes are permitted until the email has been verified. Is this the email you said you also can’t access? If so, let us know, and we’ll cancel that change so you can add another email address to which you do have access.

  Also, feel free to type the email address in your response if needed, it will only be visible to staff.
