ICANN contact issues

My blog pauldugganbarrister.com appears to have been suspended for failing to respond to an ICANN email. Not only do I not appear to ever received ANY ICANN email but my repeated requests over the last week for it to be resent have been unsuccessful.
My correct email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) This is also correct per my WordPress dashboard
My recent emails to WordPress have been met with silence.
What’s my next move?

Unfortunately, Staff aren’t able to update the ICANN information for you – this is something you’ll need to handle. I’ve resent the verification email to the email address on file for your account. Please keep an eye out for that email and click to confirm your email address. Once you’ve completed this process, ICANN should unsuspend your domain. If you don’t see the email, contact your email provider to see why you’re not receiving emails from WordPress.com.
