ICANN email not sending

Hello,
I have been asked to respond to the ICANN email to verify my domain email address or my domain will stop working. I have tried resending the email numerous times, but have still not received it in my inbox.

I see that the verification email was sent from our end. You entered a hotmail email address when registering the domain. Are you checking the inbox/spam filters for your hotmail email? I noticed your WordPress.com account email address is different, so I wanted to point out that the verification emails are going to a different address.
If you need to update the email address, please follow the steps here:
Domain owners are required to provide current and valid contact information. If the information you provided when you first registered your domain is no longer accurate, you can update it following the steps in this guide. Important Notes Registrants can choose to use the same email as their WordPress.com account or a different email. I’m having the same issue. I recently got domain mattfrohlich.blog. I updated my contact e-mail address, but it sent the ICANN email address to the first one. I tried hitting resend several days ago and it said one was already sent to my new e-mail address, even though it never sent. I tried again today and it gave the same message. The message reads exactly “There is already another verification email queued to be sent for this email address. Please wait a few minutes before trying again.” The ICANN e-mail only sent to the old e-mail address.

This reply went to my new e-mail. I think the domain name is mattfrohlich.blog. I don’t know if I have to include .wordpress in the domain name or not.

The email would be sent to the email seen here: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/mattfrohlich.blog/edit/ – to confirm, are you checking this email address?
You wouldn’t need to include the .WordPress.com address.
